One of our first major projects that we were able to acquire in Korea with an Austrian partner.
Here, a resort under development was substantially redesigned and we were able to plan and implement several projects in the desired Tyrolian style. The orders from American offices went to our joint project-specific planning company at the time.
Overall planning of the area, Hotel Tirol 5 stars, 500 beds, including delivery of the key services, facilities and furniture. Welcome center, gondola building and shopping mall in the form of a traditional Alpine village. Other projects such as spa facilities and smaller hotels have also been planned in this area over the years.

Hier wurde ein, in Entwicklung stehendes Resort, wesentlich umgestaltet und wir konnten mehrere Projekte in dem gewünschten Tyrolian Style planen und umsetzen. Damit gingen die Aufträge Amerikanischer Büros an unsere damalige gemeinsame projektspezifische Planungsgesellschaft.
Gesamtplanung des Areals, Hotel Tirol 5 Sterne, 500 Betten, inkl. der Lieferung der Schlüsselgewerke, Einrichtungen und Möblierung. Welcomecenter, Gondola Building, Shoppingmall in Form eines Alpinen traditionellen Dorfes. Weitere Projekte wie Spa-Anlage, kleinere Hotels wurden im Laufe der Jahre in diesem Areal zusätzlich geplant.
