The aim was to densify, rebuild and upgrade a settlement from 1945. Densification and area enlargement took place in the additional attic storey.
Each building was also expanded in terms of area by adding wood to the south. The room assignments and room sizes could be adapted to contemporary needs. For the tenants and the owner, an added value and higher quality of living has been proven through increased space, contemporary furnishings and additional income.
Additional green areas and an attractive garden design significantly enhance an aging residential complex. The parking spaces were newly housed underground. This created the additional, park-like recreation rooms above ground.
