Kosthaus im Ballypark
The Ballypark, the Kosthaus and the associated structures were essentially built in the 2nd half of the 19th century by C.F. Bally, the founder of the shoe factories. The park lies between the former factory area, the former factory canal and the Aare. Here you can rediscover romantic idylls from the industrial age.
Here we developed a new project with careful consideration of the existing protected substance and the free plots.
In 2015 we sold our shares to our partner.
