This project was carried out by the project company EGRO Immo AG. The task of the project team was the overall development, design plan, road relocation, overall planning and utilization of 50,000 m² property.
The project volume is around CHF 100 million with a usable area of 70,000 m². Sub-projects include the various areas of use such as residential, commercial, industrial, the solution of contaminated sites and the renaturation of the stream area.
By 2016, parts of the business were sold to various end investors. This project was developed entirely as a BIM project.
